Chef Paul

I’m a graduate with distinction of L’ Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg Maryland, with over 20 years of professional kitchen and catering experience.  I’ve wielded my chef’s knives in places like Colorado’s ski slopes, Delaware’s beaches, and I even traveled to Antarctica to cook for the United States Air National Guard.  I decided to get out of big kitchens and showcase my talents on a more personal level, where I can meet each client’s needs individually. I love to cook, and my business is preparing healthy and delicious meals to your specifications.

Family style meals, generous portions, and reasonable prices!  My menu features a wide variety of dinner entrees and side dishes.  All food items are prepared fresh daily in my kitchen, and delivered to your door.

Three family style dinners for four people.

—$180 and up delivered to your door

Family dinner includes generously portioned entree, side dish, and one or two chef’s choice fresh vegetable.

Place your order by Thursday evening for delivery on Monday.

Delivery area: Prince George’s, Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Baltimore, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties.

SIDE DISHES

Two chef’s choice side dishes are available every week including mashed potatoes, herb-roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, potatoes au gratin, parmesan crusted potatoes, rice pilaf, saffron rice, jasmine rice, pasta, cous cous, organic quinoa, spaghetti squash, butternut squash, acorn squash, and others.

VEGETABLES

My clients love my vegetables, and every week at least two fresh green vegetables will be included with your meals, including brussel sprouts, spinach, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, bok choy, bell pepper medley, onions and mushrooms, kale, collard greens, and others.  Veggies may be steamed, grilled, flash-fried, sautéed, braised, or roasted.
